At JMS, we are a team of painters, wallpaper hangers, tilers, bricklayers, and floor and carpet layers working to achieve the highest quality. Our company has nearly 20 years of experience, and we proudly carry out careful and thorough work. Our work area is Arvika and its surroundings, but we take on assignments throughout Värmland. It is important for us to listen to you as a customer so that you feel secure with us. We take your vision and make it a reality. JMS works with individuals, companies, municipalities, and county councils, taking on assignments of varying sizes.

JMS currently has about 20 employees working on all types of painting, flooring, and tiling assignments both in contracting, service, and under agreements. The responsibilities of the position include our operations within insurance damages, painting, and flooring. We are looking for a project manager who can lead our continued development.

Your experiences

You have or are currently working in the painting or construction industry in a leadership position. You have experience running your own business or have been responsible for operations in the aforementioned areas. You are accustomed to ensuring an efficient process through active improvement work together with your employees. You have leadership qualities and are used to leading and distributing work. You are good at optimizing operations and want to drive our quality work forward.

You have had customer responsibility and know what it takes for us to exceed our customers' expectations for a good delivery.

Your qualities

You have both a technical and economic perspective on your entire area of responsibility and ensure that it is carried out with productivity and profitability. You are responsible for the execution of assigned projects from planning to delivery to the customer. You work together with skilled workers and foremen to drive the projects forward.

You enjoy leading and inspiring your employees. We also believe that you have a customer-oriented perspective and are skilled at creating and maintaining good relationships both internally and externally. We prefer that you have a positive attitude with an interest in developing employees and the business.
